Janice has coached executives and leadership teams across banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, public utilities, higher education and healthcare. Before coaching, she spent more than 20 years creating leadership development programs for frontline leaders, executives and physician leaders within a healthcare system.

Her talent management experience focused on preparing the organization’s top leaders for the challenges facing healthcare, developing a bench for executive positions and implementing a C-suite team effectiveness process.
