Philip Espinosa, Ph.D., has over 35 years of leadership experience, including 25 years in CHRO-level roles. He consults with leaders and teams at the intersection of leadership and people strategy. His operational experience includes leading large-scale technology projects, negotiating collective bargaining agreements and supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Throughout his career, Philip has focused on leadership capacity building. His experience spans organizations ranging from 500 to more than 10,000 employees, and he has been involved in professional associations and community organizations.
