Linda Thompson

Linda spent more than 30 years in mission-driven nonprofit organizations, first in healthcare, then in health and human services, and finally in an education-focused philanthropic organization as Senior Vice President over Program Administration and Organizational Learning.

She brought strategic order to business processes, advanced learning aimed at improving practice and built high-functioning teams. In her leadership role, Linda introduced a manager-as-coach philosophy and helped implement a company-wide strengths-based approach.
