About
Jill practiced as a Registered Nurse for over three decades in mental health, nursing education, healthcare quality and employee assistance. She earned a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution, which led her to facilitation practice with Thunderbird Leadership Consulting in 2006. She has facilitated teams and coached clients within healthcare and education settings.
In addition to individual coaching, Jill facilitates Thunderbird’s Coaching Team. In 2023, she published the historical novel CALLED TO CARE, which follows the lives of four American nurses from the Civil War through modern times.
