Talent Management


According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the biggest job growth over the past six year has been among those 55 and older, with 3.2 million new workers from that group landing jobs.  Given the economic situation, baby boomers are delaying retirement resulting in a delay in the anticipated workforce shortage.  However, even with the abundance of potential employees, the talent pool is not at a level most companies need.  Healthcare and education are two industries with tremendous specialty requirements.  We are on the brink of the greatest demand for qualified human capital in history and the need for talent management and succession planning strategies must be addressed.
