According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the biggest job growth over the past six year has been among those 55 and older, with 3.2 million new workers from that group landing jobs.  Given the economic situation, baby boomers are delaying retirement resulting in a delay in the anticipated workforce shortage.  However, even with the abundance of potential employees, the talent pool is not at a level most companies need.  Healthcare and education are two industries with tremendous specialty requirements.  We are on the brink of the greatest demand for qualified human capital in history and the need for talent management and succession planning strategies must be addressed. 

Given the statistics and the talent shortfall, we will assist you in creating a talent strategy to address the need to recruit, select, develop and retain your employees and build a pipeline of leaders who have the competencies to step into roles in your organization.  We will work with your organization to develop a sustainable selection program, onboarding program , executive program, and a frontline leader program to build the pipeline as well as a "Build the Bench" program.  All of these programs are tailored to the organization and based on a model created by Thunderbird Leadership Consulting.
