Strategic Planning
By applying a process of Appreciative Inquiry, strategic planning moves the organization forward and leaders focusing on priorities based on the vision and mission of the organization. Operational plans are developed in a facilitated process involving critical stakeholders. Inspired Actions are reviewed in periodic assessments to adjust and refine the plans. We assist Senior Leaders in maintaining focus on priorities and by celebration of success.
