Executive/Leader Coaching
Executive/leader coaching is a private and confidential opportunity for executives and leaders to analyze and enhance their performance. In the process they will receive feedback from an objective and neutral third party who understands the broader work team, culture and organizational goals. Coaching can occur in person; and after a relationship with the coach is established, telephone sessions can be arranged.
Executive team building is a facilitated process with an executive team, focusing on individuals' performance within the team and the overall effectiveness of the team in meeting the organization's goals. Combined with Executive Coaching, this process accelerates the development of the team as they move to peak performance. In partnership with the Senior Leader, expectations, team image, team role and organizational priorities are sample topics discussed during the sessions.
Executive Intensives are 2-day action packed sessions with 5-7 CEO/President level leaders who are interested in sharpening their skills, replenishing their energy and moving towards transformational leadership. The small group meets to address habits of thought that may be hindering their effectiveness and to look at new possibilities and approaches as a variety of reforms may impact their roles as leaders. Individual Executive Coaching sessions are also part of the work.
