Dorothy engages teams to transform their organizations.  A leader for over 26 years, she has extensive experience in service excellence processes and organizational dynamics. Dorothy accomplishes large-scale projects by connecting people and capitalizing on their individual strengths. She moves people and ideas to excellence, focusing teams to meet their goals and transforming complex ideas and processes into positive outcomes.  Dorothy is a seasoned executive coach, facilitator, speaker, trainer, and team builder. She is a member of Advisory and Planning Boards for the Spirit of Enterprise Center based at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. She is a DiSC® facilitator.  Dorothy is the Project Coordinator for the Talent Management Initiative for the Maricopa Community College District. Dorothy has earned a B.S. in Education (University of Arizona), M.S. (University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse) and M.B.A. (University of Phoenix). A member of The American Society of Training & Development and the Organization Development Network, Dorothy lives in Phoenix, AZ.

Amy Steinbinder RN, PhD 602.538.2548

Amy is a respected nursing leader who has published extensively on patient safety and the Magnet Program. A seasoned facilitator and trainer, she has expertise in nursing systems, clinical practice innovation, and professional nursing practice.  Amy uses Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry principles in her training and facilitation.  She is a DiSC® facilitator and a certified Patient Safety Officer and has extensive experience in the RCA (root cause analysis) and FMEA (failure mode effect analysis) processes, service excellence and organizational dynamics.  She was an appraiser for the ANCC Magnet Program for 12 years and has served on various nursing leadership boards including AzNA and Sigma Theta Tau.  Amy is the System Director of Clinical Practice for Banner Health. Amy earned a  B.S.N. (Bowling Green State University), M.S. in Nursing (University of Arizona) and Ph.D. in Nursing (University of Colorado). She is certified in Nursing Administration through ANA. A member of Sigma Theta Tau, AzNA and AZONE, Amy lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

Jill Bachman, RN, BSN, MSN 303.725.6264 Jill has practiced as a Registered Nurse for over thirty five years in nursing education, acute care, and mental health settings. Jill is an expert in working with small groups for team development, conflict resolution, and project implementation. She has a unique ability to uncover the unstated and help move an individual or group forward.  She is able to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment with a calm and accepting attitude. Jill enjoys 'behind the scenes' support roles and has a great sense of humor.  She is skilled at working with people in conflict and is able to provide independent facilitation and mediation services. She is a DiSC® facilitator. Jill earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Evansville (IN), a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. She earned a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from the University of Denver (CO). When she is not traveling and exploring the country, Jill makes her home base in Avon, Colorado.

Pam Bergeron, MA 517.333.4226 Pam is an experienced human resource development consultant with a vast repertoire of subject matter and facilitation skills. She served as the Employee Relations Director at Lansing Community College. Pam possesses strong talents in developing and delivering leadership programs, public relations, public speaking, strategic planning and coaching leaders to help close the gap between the constantly changing work world and living a balanced personal life. Pam has worked with many local associations such as the Michigan Association of Broadcasters, Michigan Dental Association and many community colleges across the United States and Canada. Her affirming manner with participants helps everyone respond positively to the learning experience. Pam is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) NSCPOD (National Council for Staff and Organizational Development) and is a licensed Dental Hygienist. She is a graduate of Aquinas College (MI)and lives in Lansing, Michigan.

Helen Houser, RN, MSHA 602.339.1121 Helen has over 30 years leadership experience in healthcare practice, Currently, a faculty member at Phoenix College, Helen has developed and managed innovative training programs for Medical Assisting personnel and Patient Care Technicians. She has developed community partnership bringing together the public and private sectors. Helen, in nurse executive positions, was recognized for her successful innovative staffing strategies. She is also the recipient of two Arizona Governor’s Award of Excellence and the TAPI Achievement Award. Helen has co-authored three healthcare textbooks for Medical Assistants and is a consultant and reviewer for various healthcare publishers. Helen earned a Master of Science in Health Administration degree from the University of Colorado. She is a member of the American Public Health Association and the American Medical Technologists. Helen lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

Carla Rotering, MD, MA Medical Advisor 602.908.1315  Dr. Rotering practices Pulmonary Medicine at Northwest Chest Consultants and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.  She currently serves as the Chair of the Professional Health Committee and as Medical Director of Respiratory and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.  She has held many leadership and education positions in that institution, including Director of Critical Care, Chair of Medicine, and Chief of Staff. Dr. Rotering graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital and a Pulmonary Fellowship at Good Samaritan Medical Center, both in Phoenix.  She is certified to train in the areas of Crucial Conversations and Emotional Intelligence, and has also obtained certification in Leadership and a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica (CA). Dr. Rotering has co-facilitated the Healing Path retreats for physicians in Santa Fe and North Carolina.  She is a non-fiction author, musician and poet, and lives in Phoenix, AZ.

Ray Sisneros, BA 325.829.6567  Ray Sisneros is a senior executive with proven success in leading startup, turnaround, mature and growth companies to increased revenue and profit performance. Ray's expertise includes profit and loss, general management, operations, business development, strategic alliances and mergers and acquisitions. He has nearly 30 years of automotive experience with the last ten years as an automobile business owner and operator in central Texas.  Ray earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Marketing Management from the University of New Mexico. He attended the Dealer Academy and earned a certificate from the National Automobile Dealers Association. Ray lives in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
