• Facilitated senior leadership and leadership teams though four years of change and transition, the hospital was designated as Best Place to Work.
• Partnered with a Fortune 500 healthcare company to develop and implement a Service Excellence Initiative across their 86 hospitals. Thunderbird serves on their National Service Excellence Advisory Council and Steering Team.  Highlights of the work included training and ongoing support of 45 facilitators to guide all levels of leadership in changing behavioral standards, implementing educational roll-outs, developing curriculum, updating performance systems and evaluating metrics. Outcomes for the Initiative demonstrate reduced turnover, decreased contract labor and improved employee and patient satisfaction. 
• Conducted Magnet preparation and mock site visits.
• Provided Executive Coaching for Senior level executives; four were named CEO of the Year, one received the President’s Award and several others secured CEO positions.
