Dorothy Sisneros is a dynamic leader who has in-depth experience and over 28 years as a healthcare leader, consultant and member of the academic community.  In her healthcare portfolio, Dorothy created and sustained an innovative Cardiac Rehab program in which an interdisciplinary team collaboratively met the needs of the cardiac patient population.  She served as a faculty member and Department Chair in a Community College system for over 15 years.  Over the past 10 years, she has consulted with health care, business and educational organizations to implement programs and strategies resulting in improved performance in key organizational metrics. 

Dorothy's ability to engage leaders, staff and teams creates synergy, energy and excitement to accomplish challenging tasks.  Dorothy has extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, service excellence, on-boarding processes and organizational dynamics. She accomplishes large-scale projects by connecting people and capitalizing on their individual strengths. She moves people and ideas to excellence, focusing teams to meet their goals and transforming complex ideas and processes into positive outcomes. Dorothy has extensive experience with C-suite executives via a peak performance process and coaching.  Dorothy is a seasoned executive coach, facilitator, speaker, trainer, and team builder.

Dorothy is responsible for the Executive Talent Program - a component of the Talent Management Initiative for the Maricopa Community College District. She works with senior level leaders and their teams to move them to peak performance. She is a DiSC® facilitator.  Dorothy has earned a B.S. in Education (University of Arizona), M.S. (University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse) and M.B.A. (University of Phoenix). She is a member of The American Society of Training and Development, Society for Human Resources Management and the Organization Development Network.  Dorothy is the 2001 recipient of Maricopa Community Colleges' “Women of Distinction” award for her work at Phoenix College; honoring women for leadership, innovation and service.

Amy Steinbinder is a respected leader who has worked and published extensively on patient safety and service. With over 25 years of leadership and management experience in healthcare, Amy’s focus is working with leaders and staff to create engaging work environments in which professional nursing can be practiced. She was a Magnet hospital appraiser for the American Nursing Credentialing Center for 12 years.

Amy has served in a variety of executive roles including the Administrator for Service Excellence, Administrator for Patient Safety, and Regional Director of Clinical Practice for Banner Health system. In her executive and consulting roles, Amy works closely with clinical staff, physicians and organizational leaders to create a culture of service and safety. Relationship building and team training are key components of these cultures and she works with clinical staff and physicians to enhance communication and teamwork to promote reliable clinical delivery.

A seasoned facilitator and trainer, Amy has expertise in nursing systems, clinical practice innovation, and professional nursing practice. Amy uses Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry principles in her training and facilitation. She is a DiSC® facilitator and a certified Patient Safety Officer. Amy has extensive experience in RCA (root cause analysis), FEMA (failure mode effect analysis) processes, service excellence and organizational dynamics. Amy has served on a variety of nursing leadership boards including Arizona Nurses Association and Sigma Theta Tau. Amy earned a B.S.N., M.S. in Nursing and Ph.D. in Nursing. She is certified in Nursing Administration through the American Nurses Association, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
